Green Chimichurri Rub

*You can put this on pork or steak as well

2/3 cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbs grated onion
2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

*Combine all, rub on mean and grill
