Basic Bruschetta

24 (1/2 inch thick) French bread slices
*Put on a cookie sheet, brush both sides with olive oil and cook at 450 for 5-6 minute.

Combine:
1 Tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
4-5 Roma tomatoes, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2 Tbs (or more to your taste) Italian Seasoning

Put the mixture on the toasted bread and serve as appetizers.
