Crock Pot: Cranberry Pork Chops
1/2 medium Yellow onion, diced
4 boneless pork-loin chops,
Salt and Pepper
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/4 cup orange juice.
Mix all together, put in Crock Pot on high for 4 hours. Serve over couscous
