2 Tbs. butter
1 tsp flour
1cup cream or half and half
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
In a small heavy saucepan over medium heat melt butter. Mix in flour, cream and parmesan cheese. Cook until mixture thickens; stir constantly. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with hot pasta.
