1 medium onion, diced
1 can chicken broth
2 cups water
2 large potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can corn (drained)
1 cup milk
1/4 cup flour
* Saute onion in some butter. Add broth, water, potatoes and bring to a boil. Then simmer, covered for 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper, corn and 3/4 cup of the milk.
*Combine flour and remaining milk in a separate bowl, stir until smooth---then add to the soup mixture.

Do you think this would be enough to feed my family and a set of missionaries? Tomorrow is going to be cold and this sounds delicious (and easy)!
